All staff, and doctors are very professional and good approach at each and every stage, time to time medication is provided, and very polite, patience, and friendly nature. I feel comfortable after getting the right treatment from expert doctors. The rooms are very neat and clean, catering facilities are very good. WIFI was available thus I was not feeling bored. I feel like a family environment and am very happy about the services provided by Phoenix Hospital, Shabiya.
